Birth Control Postcards
Upstream’s Birth Control Postcards provide information to help patients make decisions about their birth control. They can be used as self-guided learning material or as a tool to facilitate conversations between healthcare teams and patients. These postcards are offered as 8.5 x 11, digital PDFs for easy use in telehealth settings, or for printing as take-aways from clinic/home computers. Postcards are also offered in black-and-white.
